| The son of actress Arlene Dahl and actor Fernando Lamas, he was destined to be an actor.......never a singer. Nonetheless Lorenzo was talked into (at least I hope it wasn't his idea) recording a song back in 1984. "Smooth Talker" was mediocre at best, and I imagine that Scotti Bros. Records (Leif Garrett's label) figured that with his hunk appeal they'd sell at least a million copies....not! But that's okay his acting career has done quite nicely...from "Grease" to "Falcon Crest" to "Body Rock." And at 46 he still looks fine! I guess it just proves that anyone can make a disco record, but it helps when you're THAT good looking! |
