Kocky
Bass player Eddie Watkins has a resume longer than my arm, having played on recordings by everyone from Herbie Hancock and The Dramatics to The Temptaions and Freda Payne. On the disco side he cut his teeth playing on disco recordings by Mike Theodore, Triple "S" Connection, Gloria Gaynor and Carrie Lucas to name a few.  In 1979 he, along with sister B.J., Greg Moore and Gregg Field, formed their own group. One album, one 12" single and they we're gone.  Kocky's "Post No Bills" album was released on Windsong Records and is a highly sought-after collector's item. The remix 12" of "Remone" was a splendid slice of uptempo disco fun. The album version had a long instrumental ending for mixing fun along with several other very good disco cuts. After the collapse of "disco" Eddie returned to studio work, for the likes of Dan Hartman, Patti Labelle and Patti Austin. He has his own website (www.gbdent.com) and a new group that performs in the L.A. area. As for the fabulous voice of B.J.....we're unsure?
