Leon Haywood
Despite starting to record in the 1960's. It wasn't until the 1970's that Leon would begin to have hits. Although long term success has often eluded him, he has had key disco hits throughtout his career. Poor choices no doubt have played their hand in his spotty recordings. Still we have to honor the man that should have been as big as Gene Chandler or Edwin Starr.
Some of Leon's best recordings: 1. Strokin' (1976) 2. Disco Fever (1978) 3. Don't Push It, Don't Force It (1980) 4. If You're Lookin' For A Night Of Fun (1980) 5. She's A Bad Mama Jama (1981)
