| Crusaders |
| The Crusaders were comprised of an eclectic group of highly touted jazz musicians. Oddly enough Wayne Henderson, Hubert Laws, Joe Sample, Wilton Felder and Stix Hooper never thought they'd have a disco hit. But with the aid of vocalist Randy Crawford "Street Life" peaked at 36 on the pop charts. This song actually launched Randy's career, though any releases after this paled in comparison. By 1988 the members all went their separate ways to pursue greener pastures. |
